So that our specialities reach you fresh and well packaged, we ship quickly and carefully. Here you will find all the information on shipping costs, delivery times and payment options.
Shipping costs
All prices include statutory VAT.

Your shipping costs are shown clearly again in the shopping cart and before you complete your order. As soon as your order value reaches the stated threshold, the shipping charge is dropped automatically – there is nothing else you need to do.
Would you like your order delivered to a country that is not listed here? Just send us a short email and we will gladly check what is possible.
Delivery time
Within Germany, your delicacies usually reach you within 1–3 working days. For deliveries to Austria, Denmark and Spain, please allow a few days more.
Orders that reach us by 2:00 p.m. are prepared for dispatch on the same working day. We ship from Monday to Friday so that our products are not in transit over the weekend.
Packaging and freshness
Cheese, bacon, ham and salami are natural products – and we pack them with corresponding care. We ship in sturdy boxes / insulated thermal packaging, with cooling elements where required, so that everything arrives with you at the right temperature and undamaged.
Please accept your delivery as promptly as possible and then store the products in a cool place. If you are away from home for a longer period, feel free to let us know, or enter a delivery address during checkout where the parcel can be safely accepted – for example your workplace or a parcel station.
Shipping partner and tracking
We ship with DHL. As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including the tracking number. This lets you follow your order's journey online at any time.

You can pay conveniently and securely:

All payment data is transmitted in encrypted form. Credit card and bank details are processed exclusively by the respective payment service provider – we never get to see them.
